26 января вступила в силу актуализация Свода правил 396 «Улицы и дороги»
Уточнены и введены новые требования:
✔️ с классификацией велосипедных дорожек и велосипедных полос; ✔️ к местам обустройства инфраструктуры для средств индивидуальной мобильности; ✔️ к планировочным решениям велокоммуникаций, в том числе к велостоянкам; ✔️ к проектированию кольцевых пересечений улиц и дорог; ✔️ к проектированию парковок вдоль проезжей части и устройству островков безопасности; ✔️ к дорожным одеждам и земляному полотну; ✔️ к устройству перекрёстков с отнесёнными на разворот левыми поворотами.

That hurt tech stocks. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
