В Красноярске расселили еще три аварийных дома

Во всех зданиях был значительных износ несущих конструкций.

Первый – многоквартирный дом по адресу ул. Калинина, 1а. Он стоит на перекрестке с ул. Маерчака. Его построили в 1952-м году. В нем проживало 45 человек.

Второй – аварийный дом на ул. 2-я Брянская, 14. В нем была введена чрезвычайная ситуация. В этом году зданию исполнился бы 61 год. Там проживало 27 человек. Еще 10 жителей расселили из дома на ул. Брянская, 81.

Все три объекта снесут в этом году, в ближайшее время объявят торги на поиск подрядчика.

Также скоро расселят еще два дома: 26-й и 36-й на ул. Краснопресненской. В каждом осталось по одной квартире. Вопрос решается в судебном порядке.
