8 июня 2024 года в рамках ПМЭФ-2024 состоялся «День будущего» — форум, посвященный обсуждению будущего молодежи на государственной и муниципальной службе и в сфере GR.

Эти темы впервые обсуждались вместе на столь высоком уровне, поэтому «День будущего» стал значимой площадкой для диалога о перспективах и вызовах, с которыми сталкиваются молодые специалисты в этих областях.

В обсуждении приняли участие ведущие эксперты и лидеры в области молодежной политики и управления, включая генерального директора Baikal Communications Group.

Так, Эдуард Войтенко рассказал о росте количества магистерских программ и курсов повышения квалификации в сфере GR и важности качественного образования в этой сфере, подчеркнув, что образовательные программы должны сочетать теоретические знания с практическим опытом.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
