Как и планировалось ранее, до 1 марта специалисты скорректировали схему территориального зонирования новой застройки. Земельные участки с домами, принадлежащие гражданам, которые купили имущество у лица, осуществляющего массовую застройку, отнесены к территориальной зоне ИЖС.
Концепция развития улично-дорожной сети посёлка была представлена Администрацией Тюменского района на встрече с жителями в декабре 2024 г.
