‼️Советом Государственной Думы сегодня отклонен «Закон о рекламе» против которого выступали все участники рынка: региональные власти, муниципалитеты, малый и средний бизнес. Принятие такого закона могло разрушить целую отрасль, привести к потерям десятков тысяч рабочих мест в малом и среднем бизнесе, оставило бы десятки миллионов россиян без удобных онлайн-сервисов.
Закон успел пройти первое чтение, но со второго снят и не будет принят!
Что сказать, над этим вместе с нами трудились все фракции. Мы в «Справедливой России» первыми провели круглый стол с привлечением всех участников рынка и других думских фракций.

That hurt tech stocks. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
