6 июня состоится внеочередное заседание Законодательной Думы Хабаровского края на котором будут назначены выборы самой думы и досрочные выборы губернатора. Из этого можно сделать два вывода:
Дмитрий Демешин пойдет на выборы от Единой России, потому что в Избирательный кодекс Хабаровского края не успели внести поправки допускающие самовыдвиженцев на выборах губернатора.
Публичное проведение праймериз Единой России становится невозможным, потому что после объявления выборов упоминание о человеке, как кандидате до его официально выдвижения будет считаться незаконной агитацией.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
