فسارع الغلام ليخبر أمه بقدوم هذا العدد من الناس، وليس عندهم ما يطعمونه، فقالت السيدة أم سليم بهدوء نفس: الله ورسوله أعلم!
قال الإمام النووي: وفيه منقبة لأم سليم رضي الله عنها ودلالة على عظيم فقهها ورجحان عقلها!
