Участники голосования готовы лично возглавить инициативу либо принять активное участие. Есть те, кто не готов лично возглавить инициативу, но в целом её поддерживают, включая привлечение профессиональных юристов. В меньшинстве те, кто не видит смысла в данной инициативе.
