На русский язык это можно перевести примерно как «лучи солнца, просвечивающие через листву деревьев».
Коморэби — это ещё и занятие: процесс наблюдения за танцующими пятнами света и тени.
Медитативная и даже немного гипнотическая красота коморэби очевидна. Но японцы вкладывают в неё гораздо больше смысла: взаимодействие света и тени учит пониманию жизни и благополучия.
Например, в нашей жизни могут быть моменты, когда мы чувствуем себя окутанными тенью или даже тьмой: страдает наше психическое здоровье, мы испытываем горе, отвержение или разочарование.
Когда мы чувствуем себя подобным образом, важно помнить, что всё проходит, включая тьму. Вместо того, чтобы рассматривать этот процесс пессимистично, мы можем увидеть его таким, каков он есть: любая тень сменяется светом, любые сложные переживания сменяются радостными и счастливыми. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. "This war in Ukraine is going to give the Fed the ammunition, the cover that it needs, to not raise interest rates too quickly. And I think Jay Powell is a very tepid sort of inflation fighter and he's not going to do as much as he needs to do to get that under control. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon."
