мы положили линолеум. не хотели снимать старый пол и делать заливку, если пришлось бы. полы у нас в целом почти ровные, так что тут нам повезло.
линолеум выбирали не самый плохой, даже наоборот. он супер плотный и ощущается даже эффект под дерево!
а вот обои не рекомендую. в комментарии скину скриншот, чтобы точно не брали 😭
выбирали не самые дешевые, просто понравился цвет и эффект покрашенных стен. в одной из комнат у нас покраска, в остальной квартире красить не стали.
почему? не хотелось возиться с выравниванием и затиркой стен. в итоге все равно чуть-чуть пришлось затирать, так как под ними видно вообще все, и даже кое-где стыки 😱
