По мнению правоохранителей, Донская выразила «молчаливое согласие» со словами пенсионерки. Единственным доказательством полиции стал ролик в Интернете, где женщина стоит рядом с Филоновой и ничего не говорит. Саму пенсионерку в начале мая арестовали на пять суток по статье о мелком хулиганстве.
