МЧС 5 марта с 10 до 11 утра проверит системы оповещения населения: включит сирены, передаст сигнал «Внимание всем!» по телеканалам и радио. Сирены уже прозвучали на Дальнем Востоке и на Урале.

В Белгородской области второй год не станут включать сирены и громкоговорители, потому что сигналы звучат во время ракетной опасности. В Челябинской области кроме сирен проверили домофон. В Оренбурге жители пожаловались, что сирену слышно не во всех районах города.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
