Голосование было приурочено к третьей годовщине полномасштабного нападения России на Украину. Затем Соединенные Штаты провели через Совет Безопасности ООН свою резолюцию — без обвинений в адрес России, без слов поддержки в адрес Украины, с одними лишь призывами к миру. За такую резолюцию проголосовала и Россия.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
