⚡️Сегодня состоялось торжественное открытие мемориальных досок, посвященных двум нашим выдающимся землякам – Александру Благонравову, главному конструктору Курганмашзавода с 1974 по 1989 гг., и Анатолию Квашнину, Герою РФ. Памятные доски украсили фасад Курганского госуниверситета.

❤️‍🔥— Александра Александровича Благонравова знала лично, — обратилась к собравшимся на церемонии Елена Рыбакова, начальник управления соцобъектов Курганмашзавода. — Это был талантливый человек с твердым характером и сильной волей, который умел отстаивать свои решения упорно и аргументированно. Он внес огромный научный вклад в развитие гусеничной техники.

🌷Врио Главы города Антон Науменко, военный комиссар Курганской области Айрат Зарипов, директор по персоналу и соцвопросам Курганмашзавода Сергей Горбунов, студенты КГУ возложили цветы к мемориалу и почтили минутой молчания память уважаемых земляков.

TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
