Как отметили в мэрии, часть площади со стороны улицы 8 Марта уже закрыли водонепроницаемой тканью – тарпаулином, а сверху уложили слой песка. После установки на оставшейся части площади трех больших елей (высотой 10, 12 и 15 метров) брусчатку с этой стороны закроют таким же образом.
Когда по всему периметру уложат еще один слой тарпаулина, придет очередь снежной подушки, на которой зальют ледяное поле. Планируется, что работы по заливке катка начнутся уже в конце текущей или начале следующей недели.

To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
