Акционеры ПАО "Диасофт" на внеочередном собрании 28 декабря утвердили выплату дивидендов за II финквартал (финансовый год компании смещен на один квартал по сравнению с календарным, II квартал финансового года соответствует III кварталу календарного) в размере 45 рублей на обыкновенную акцию, говорится в сообщении компании.
Общая сумма выплаты составит 472,5 млн рублей. Дата закрытия реестра акционеров, имеющих право на дивиденды, - 8 января 2025 года.
В 2024 году "Диасофт" уже трижды выплачивал дивиденды - за III квартал 2023 финансового года, за IV квартал 2023 финансового года и за I квартал 2024 фингода. Размер дивидендов составил, соответственно, 75,68 руб. на акцию, 28,6 руб. на акцию и 45 руб. на акцию.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
