Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
