Ещё в 2017 году в своей статье я жёстко критиковал навязывание российской гуманитарной науке обязательных публикаций в этих базах, разработанных по лекалам наших геополитических оппонентов.
Это не что иное, как инструмент внешнего управления, подрывавший суверенность отечественного образования и науки. Сегодня уже очевидно, что это не просто абсурдное требование, а осознанная политика, направленная на подчинение нашей научной мысли западным стандартам. Мы должны окончательно избавиться от этой зависимости и развивать собственные научные платформы, в которых главный критерий – не формальные индексы, а реальная значимость исследований.
