Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides.
