Որոշ լրատվամիջոցներով տարածվել է տեղեկություն «Վերին Շորժա գյուղի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանցիների կողմից հայ զինծառայողներին շրջափակման մեջ վերցնելու» մասին։
«Տեղեկատվության ստուգման կենտրոնին» ՀՀ ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբից հայտնել են, որ տեղեկատվությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը:
«Ավելին` բոլոր երեք ուղղություններով, որոնցով հակառակորդը մտել է հայկական տարածք, ՀՀ զինուժն ունի լիարժեք վերահսկողություն ինչպես տարածքի, այնպես էլ այդտեղ գտնվող ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների և նրանց ապահովման ուղիների նկատմամբ», -ընդգծել են ՀՀ Զու ԳՇ-ից:
