По данным издания, военкоматы якобы были отчитаны за вручение повесток всем подряд и за халатность. Так, при рассылке документов для призывников в ряде регионов якобы не учитывается возраст, инвалидность и другие статусы призываемых. Все это происходит вопреки официальным разъяснениям Минобороны, обратили внимание в ведомстве.
Источник также заверяет, что военным комиссарам поручили немедленно привести в порядок этот процесс в жесткие сроки, а всем причастным пригрозили увольнением.

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
