Правоохранители задержали виновных в отключении электроэнергии в центре Нур-Султана.
По информации полиции города, злоумышленников, похитивших электрокабели, из-за которых вчера на левом берегу остался без света только Байтерек, задержали на месте преступления.
Группу из четырех человек застали с поличным. Оказалось, что они крали кабели, проникая через люки канализации в ночное время.
Преступники находятся под стражей, в их отношении возбудили уголовное дело.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site.
