В настоящее время в нашем городе ведутся работы по очистке канализационной системы. В ходе данных работ было обнаружено огромное количество мусора, в котором нашли даже мяч.

Просим вас соблюдать правила пользования канализацией. Мы призываем всех жителей не засорять канализационную систему и выбрасывать мусор в предназначенные для этого места.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
