Нуклеопротеидный мир: возникновение жизни на основе гипотезы прогенов

Аннотация
Прогены (progenes) – это аминоацилированные неслучайной аминокислотой олигонуклеотиды с общей формулой 5'NpNpNp~pN~aa (N – нуклеозид, p – фосфат, аа – аминокислота, ~ - макроэргическая связь). В докладе будет обсуждаться вопрос о механизме образования прогенов, который позволяет решить проблему возникновения генетического кода, формирования первой бимолекулярной нуклеопротеидной генетической системы на основе прогенов. Эта система, репродуцирующаяся путем репликации, транскрипции и трансляции, может рассматриваться как первый живой организм (Protoviroidum primum) – прародитель современного живого мира на Земле.
Гипотеза прогенов – это альтернатива общепринятой гипотезы «РНК-мира».

The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
