لكن نحن وإن جوزنا هذا فلا يجوز لنا أن نعدل عن قول ظهرت حجته بحديث صحيح وافقه طائفة من أهل العلم إلى قول آخر قاله عالم يجوز أن يكون معه ما يدفع به هذه الحجة وإن كان أعلم، إذ تطرق الخطأ إلى آراء العلماء أكثر من تطرقه إلى الأدلة الشرعية فإن الأدلة الشرعية حجة الله على جميع عباده بخلاف رأي العالم)
