Само агентство уже переподчинили Госдепу, превратив в его структурное подразделение, а новый функционал главного американского инструмента мягкой силы остаётся неясным.
Приостановка USAID своей деятельности не могла не вызвать ликования в России: приятно наблюдать за метаниями в стане противника и страданиями записавшихся в иноагенты соотечественников.
Но есть в этой бочке мёда несколько увесистых ложек дёгтя.

The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
