Часы полета сложились в моменты профессиональной организации членами УИК № 299 досрочного голосования военнослужащих, дислоцирующихся в отдаленных территориях нашего региона. Организация голосования проходила под контролем председателя Островнинской ТИК Марины Красновой. Царила атмосфера порядка и доброжелательности, чем всегда особо отличаются выборы у военнослужащих.
Благодарим военнослужащих Северного Флота за содействие избиркомам региона и грамотную организацию полетов.

Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
