В районных чатах расходится информация о том, что с 1 марта 2025 плату за отопление будут взимать только в холодные месяцы года.
📍 Для москвичей порядок оплаты за отопление останется прежним: в ЕПД ежемесячно будет фигурировать сумма за отопление- как в зимних квитанциях, так и в летних. Изменения коснутся только регионов: введен запрет на переход на равномерную ежемесячную оплату и начисления за услугу отопления.
❗Зато с 1 июля 2025 москвичей снова ждет рост платы за услуги ЖКХ:
🔺 на 10% подражает плата за холодное водоснабжение 🔺 на 12% подорожает водоотведение (канализация)
*⃣ Напомним, что 1 января 25г. плата за ЖКХ уже повышалась на 31% за содержание и текущий ремонт и на 16% за капитальный ремонт
