Максимальная сумма списания составит 10 миллионов рублей. Согласно принятому документу, на списание могут рассчитывать три категории граждан: мобилизованные, военнослужащие по призыву, а также лица, заключившие контракт о прохождении военной службы сроком от одного года для участия в СВО не ранее 1 декабря 2024 года.
Действие закона распространяется на кредитные договоры, заключённые до 1 декабря 2024 года, по которым уже вынесено судебное решение о взыскании задолженности или возбуждено исполнительное производство.
