Именно настолько больше денег в следующем году отдадут государству получающие даже минимальную зарплату. Те, у кого она повыше, заплатят побольше. Ну и вот из этих 3360 (или больше!) гривен 1000 им вернут обратно, и скажут, что это лично Зеленский их облагодетельствовал.
