💸По данным спецслужбы, к мужчине обратился 29-летний житель Северной Осетии, обвиняемый в преступлении в сфере кредитования. Адвокат сообщил клиенту, что за деньги может решить вопрос о прекращении уголовного преследования, при этом реально такой возможности не имел.
Таким образом, он получил от подзащитного более трех млн рублей. Дело заведено по ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество в особо крупном размере).
