🖱Сегодня в республиканском Контент-центре прошел очередной образовательный семинар, организованный ЦУР Адыгеи, по совершенствованию работы в системе обратной связи «Госуслуги. Решаем вместе».
В этот раз участниками стали специалисты подведомственных учреждений Министерства труда и социального развития Адыгеи. Поговорили о том, как оперативно отрабатывать обращения граждан, формулировать ответы на вопросы, реагировать на негатив. В практической части обсудили функции и методики работы в системе ПОС, рассмотрели лучшие кейсы по работе в ПОС, типичные ошибки.
