Квартиры уже отделаны, оборудованы сантехникой и электроплитами. На придомовой территории находятся спортивная и детская площадки, в шаговой доступности — детская поликлиника и школа.
Программа сдачи домов для сотрудников ССК «Звезда» реализуется с 2016 года. За это время судоверфь уже ввела в эксплуатацию и заселила 16 жилых домов в общей сложности на 776 квартир.
Напомним, что судостроительный комплекс создается на Дальнем Востоке консорциумом инвесторов во главе с «Роснефтью» по поручению Президента России Владимира Путина.
