14-летний Матвей — подопечный благотворительного центра «Верю в чудо». Опробовать должность помощника губернатора было его новогодним желанием. Оно исполнилось благодаря акции «Ёлка желаний».
После церемонии вручения государственных и региональных наград, на которой Матвей помогал губернатору, Алексей Беспрозванных вручил «подарок» и самому подростку: он получил свой первый паспорт.
