Логинов креатура Усса и Пономаренко, пережил свалившегося на голову Еремина, сохранился и укрепляется при Котюкове. Не важно на чьей мазе (Котюкова или Усса) он заехал в Госсовет, похоже консенсус по нему устойчивый и в Москве, и в Крае. Ничего невозможного нет, на этой метле он вполне может в губернаторы залететь, когда ветер переменится.
