Максим Протасов, руководитель Роскачества, подтвердил, что окончательное утверждение ГОСТа на шаурму планируется в 2025 году, и в этот же год он вступит в силу. Также Протасов отметил, что Роскачество намерено провести повторные исследования шаурмы.
