До этого Коновалов выплатил чиновникам премии по 200-400 тыс. рублей и заявил, что будет выплачивать их и дальше, хотя экономическая ситуация в регионе тяжелая. Правительство Хакасии уже 4 месяца не выплачивает деньги по госконтракту поставщику лекарств для льготников. Долг составляет 36 млн рублей и если его не оплатят в ближайшее время, люди останутся без лекарств. В Орджоникидзевском районе 11 тыс. жителей два месяца живут без газа, а власть никак не разберется с этой проблемой.
