БПЛА прилетел в муниципальный приют в городе Строитель. Здесь размещались беспризорные псы из приграничных районов — Шебекина, Новой Таволжанки и Грайворона.
На момент прилёта в приюте жили 22 собаки, чьи хозяева погибли ранее. Почти все собаки — породистые, большинство овчарки.
