По неподтверждённой информации, делегация Заполярья во главе с АндреемЧибисомпопала под массированный обстрел. Произошло это у здания театра, где должна была пройти церемония прощания с полковником народной милиции ДНР Ольгой Качурой.
Обстрел начался спустя 5 минут после начала панихиды. Также сообщается, что 5 человек погибли, а 6 ранены. При этом мурманских чиновников среди пострадавших нет.

"It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
