В прошлом году был произведен капитальный ремонт всей дворовой территории. В администрации отчитались о том, что многолетняя проблема устранена, а дренажный колодец установлен, но первый сильный дождь показал как «качественно» был проведен ремонт.
Колодец установили намного выше уровня асфальта. Неизвестно, как по мнению властей в него должна стекать вода. Наверное, снизу вверх.
Похоже, что вся работа властей основана на принципе: и так сойдет! А Андрей Чибис, видимо, хочет, чтобы Мурманск ушел под воду, как Атлантида.
