Инцидент произошел неподалеку от неоткрытой ледовой переправы "г. Печора - п. Озерный" через реку Печору.
Как сообщает ГУ МЧС по Республике Коми, водитель УАЗ "Фермер" попытался проехать реку вне официально открытой и оборудованной ледовой переправы, в итоге транспорт провалился под лёд.
К счастью, трагедии удалось избежать - водитель успел выбраться из автомобиля.
