В последнем случае (117 млн тонн) речь идет об отмене ряда будущих СПГ-проектов НОВАТЭКа, а также сдвиге сроков выхода на полную мощность проекта «Роснефти» «Восток Ойл».
Аналитики считают консервативный сценарий наиболее реалистичным, указывая в том числе на задержку строительства судов ледового класса для обслуживания будущего грузопотока.
