Как выяснил «Ъ», подготовленная Минвостокразвития оценка грузопотока к 2030 году предусматривает, помимо оптимистического сценария с объемами перевозок в 244 млн тонн, также базовый и консервативный. В последнем случае (117 млн тонн) речь идет об отмене ряда будущих СПГ-проектов НОВАТЭКа, а также сдвиге сроков выхода на полную мощность проекта «Роснефти» «Восток Ойл».
Аналитики считают консервативный сценарий наиболее реалистичным, указывая в том числе на задержку строительства судов ледового класса для обслуживания будущего грузопотока.

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
