Суд в Удмуртии признал местную жительницу виновной в мошенничестве при продаже квартир, предназначенных для детей-сирот и переселенцев из аварийного жилья. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба СУ СК по республике.
С 2020-го по 2022 годы подсудимая, работая риэлтором, участвовала в электронных аукционах на приобретение жилых помещений. В целях хищения бюджетных средств она внесла недостоверные данные в реестр недвижимости, завысив площади у более чем 15 квартир. В результате ее действий ущерб бюджету превысил 1,1 млн руб.
Обвиняемая частично возместила причиненный ущерб в размере 420 тыс. руб. Суд назначил подсудимой четыре года лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком на три с половиной года.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
