В этой связи, бюро Комитета Ульяновского областного отделения КПРФ выступило с обращением к Губернатору и Правительству Ульяновской области с предложением ограничить реальный рост платы за коммунальные услуги размером в 11,6%, несмотря на формально определенные 14,6%, а плату за капитальный ремонт в 9,3%.
