Огурцы в магазине уже продают по цене мяса! 💬 Объяснение у чиновников простое. Ситуация с ростом цен - это, дескать, эффект низкой базы. Однако, на мой взгляд, низкая база у нас сохраняется лишь в отношении зарплат большинства трудящихся.
