Инцидент случился 24 декабря в 19:50 на перекрестке улиц Сахалинская и Лермонтова. 53-летний автомобилист на Mitsubishi Delica двигался на запад по улице Сахалинской. Водитель на нерегулируемом перекрестке с улицей Лермонтова сбил 16-летнего пешехода, который переходил дорогу в неположенном месте.
В результате инцидента подросток получил травмы. В настоящее время проводится расследование.
