А почему пропадет свет, из-за боевых действий и ударов по Москве (чиновник подтвердил наш инсайд про угрозу таких ударов, - ред.), кибератак или диверсий, мы не знаем», - сказал он.
Представитель мэрии также рассказал, что угроза масштабного блэкаута в Москве оценивается «где-то процентов в 70».
