По словам собеседников, военные не уведомили руководителей регионов о готовящемся массированном ударе по Украине и возможной ответке со стороны ВСУ. После нанесения первых ударов по Курской области, которые пришлись на приграничные населенные пункты, губернаторы договорились об эвакуации в соседний Воронеж.
Является ли это сигналом о возможном нанесении ударов по Белгороду и Курску - сказать не беремся, но очевидно, что вероятность не нулевая.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
