Также он отметил, что Белый дом публично заявил о возведении стратегической стены вокруг Китая. США, Южная Корея и Япония проводят крупномасштабные учения в Азиатском регионе, которые привели к возникновению напряженности на Корейском полуострове, сказал спецпредставитель КНР.
